My name is Suzanne Burns, and I have dedicated my life to helping others discover hope, healing, and restoration through Christ. As the Founder and Executive Director of Foundation House Ministries, I have had the privilege of walking alongside women and families facing crisis, trauma, addiction, and poverty. What began as a calling placed deeply on my heart has grown into a ministry focused on rescuing the broken, rebuilding lives with dignity, and restoring hope through faith and compassionate support.
I am also an author, speaker, and teacher with a passion for equipping churches, ministries, and leaders with practical, trauma-informed tools rooted in biblical truth. Through my books, training programs, and speaking engagements, I strive to help others better understand the realities of trauma, poverty mindset, addiction, and healing. My desire is not only to teach, but to inspire people to serve with wisdom, compassion, and lasting impact.
Whether I am writing, teaching, speaking at conferences, or mentoring ministry leaders, my heart remains the same: to help people encounter the transforming love of Christ in real and practical ways. I believe every person has value, every story matters, and no life is beyond redemption. My mission is to continue creating spaces where healing can begin, faith can grow, and lives can be transformed for generations to come.
